Awesome location, tiny business rooms so book extra space (even for luggage.)
Staff is wonderful. Clean linens, pajamas, and toothbrush every day. So close to the station and all things Yokohama. Very affordable. My kids actually preferred this hotel over many of the nicer ones we stayed at because of the location.
The property is aging and and the bathrooms sometimes have a bit of a pee smell.

Should have gone for a better room, or hotel.
Good service. Easy access to Yokohama landmarks. Close to station. Manga for rent (some of them are my favorites, even if my Japanese skill is limited).
Room is too small (maybe should have picked a better room). Limited cleaning schedule. Breakfast must be booked in advance for a certain period. Breakfast is food choice is limited, and expensive (especially when compared to eating breakfast outside).
